Luxury Chauffeuring Terms & Conditions

1. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. Debit cards have no surcharge.
2. All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.
3. Our out of hours service is between 1am and 7am. An additional 25% surcharge will be applied between these hours.
4. Additional charges may apply for parking and waiting times.
5. On your credit card statement you will be charged to London Luxury Chauffeuring LTD.
6. All quotes are not fixed prices, but only an estimate and do not include any additional waiting time applied during unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays.

1. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all payments will be non-refundable.
2.  If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all payments will be non-refundable.
3. If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer, within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
4. If a wedding booking is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the booking date, the deposit will be non-refundable.
5. If the customer fails to be available for pick-up at the time and place requested, all payments will be non-refundable.
